Delivery Schedule & Postage Charges
All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain brown box with absolutely no description or indication of it's contents.
All goods dispatched are sent by a recorded delivery service. This means that goods will not be left on a door step or left with neighbours. This enables a fully discreet service to our customers.
Goods ordered are dispatched and should arrive to you within five working days of payment. If for any reason a product is out of stock, we would expect to dispatch within 12 days. Products been imported from the United States or China may take up to 28 days, but you would be informed of this and a choice of refund will be given.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, your parcel will be taken to your Royal mail local depot for one week (6 days) awaiting collection by you. Please make sure that you are able to pick up your parcel within the 6 days. On the 7th day the parcel will be returned back to us. (Redelivery charges apply for the parcel to be redelivered back to you.)

Over this weight then goods are sent via courier service.
Southern Ireland
Goods are dispatched by Royal mail International recorded delivery if your parcel weighs less than 2kg.
Over this weight then goods are sent via courier service and unfortunately is charged at a International shipping rates as this is cast as Europe. Extra postal costs apply*

Goods are dispatched by Royal mail International recorded delivery if your parcel weighs less than 2kg.

UK Delivery charges
Up to £10 of Goods = £2.63
Up to £25 of Goods = £3.22
Up to £40 of Goods = £3.80
At this point goods are more often than not sent by courier so slightly higher prices apply

Remote Locations Delivery charges
It has recently come to our attention that certain areas in the UK cost us a premium to reach you by courier. Remote locations in Scotland tend to be the frequent ones. If your parcel requires this additional shipping charge we will advise you of this.
Redelivery charges
Occasionally customers fail to pick up the goods from their local depot once the initial delivery attempt was made and you were out. After a week (7 days) the parcel is returned back to us. Unfortunately the redelivery charge to dispatch the goods back to you are not subsidised.

Returned parcel charge:-
If you fail to pick up your parcel from your local depot the parcel is returned to us, we are charged by Royal mail at a rate of £11.69, parcels shipped over seas are returned to us by FedEx and we incur a £35.25 charge, so please make sure you collect your parcel within the time given.

Customer Exchanges and Faulty items
If you return an item because you don't want it and you want to exchange - re-delivery charges apply.
If you return items for exchange due to a fault there is no charge for sending the replacement item back to you.
If you return an item back claiming it to be faulty and once checked it and it is in fact alright redelivery charges will apply to re-post the item back to you.
Returns Policy:-
1) The goods must be unused. 2) The goods must be in their original condition and packaging. 3) Items supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened are not refundable and non exchangeable. 4) Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable. 5) Films and magazines are not refundable and non exchangeable. 6) Items that are not in sealed packaging are not refundable and non exchangeable. 7) The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Cancelled Orders:-
If an order is cancelled after been dispatched, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
What happens if something goes wrong:-
We have a dedicated team looking after your interests and if their are any issues with your parcel we will work to over come the problem and obtain a delivery for you.
If you parcel is lost on route we will endeavor to obtain compensation for you.
We will liaise with the particular depot on your behalf and resolve any problems swiftly and keep you updated at all times.
Lost Parcels:-
We do not replace lost parcels free of charge. All parcels are dispatched insured and our team will look after the claim procedure on your behalf and all compensation once obtained will be passed onto you. So you will never be out of pocket but in the mean time if you wish to have a replacement order sent this must be sent at your cost.
If you do not make the effort to confirm the parcel is missing, no payout is received from Royal Mail so in turn you will not receive any compensation.
A claim usually takes about 4 weeks to complete.
Royal Mail Procedure:-
1) We complete a claim form and include proof of posting and copies of commercial invoices to prove the cost of the goods.
2) Royal Mail processes the claim and contacts your customer to confirm the goods never arrived.
3) The claim is accepted once Royal Mail receives your customers confirmation back.
4) We receive a cheque and your account is refunded the compensation amount in full.
Royal Mail currently loses approx 6 parcels a month on our entire monthly dispatch which equates to less than 0.01% so do not be overly concerned about lost parcels.
Parcel Force & Parcel Force International:-
1) We complete a claim form and include copies of commercial invoices to prove the cost of the goods.
2) Business Post International processes the claim.
3) We receive a cheque and your account is refunded the compensation amount in full.
Parcel Force International very rarely lose anything and it is currently one or two parcels a quarter out of our entire quarterly dispatch.
