All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no description or indication of it's contents.
All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded service. This means that goods will not be left on a door step or left with neighbours. This enables a fully discreet service to our customers.
Goods ordered are dispatched to you within five working days of payment. If for any reason a product is out of stock, we would expect to dispatch within 12 days. Products been imported from the United States or China may take up to 28 days, but you would be informed of this.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, it will be left at your Royal mail local depot for one week awaiting collection by you. Please make sure that you are able to pick up your parcel within 7 days. After 7 days the parcel will be returned back to us. (This incurs redelivery charges for the parcel to be redelivered back to you.)

Goods are dispatched by Royal mail recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 1.35kg.
Over this weight then goods are sent via courier service.
Southern Ireland
Goods are dispatched by Royal mail International recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg.
Over this weight then goods are sent via courier service and unfortunately is charged at a International shipping rates as this is cast as Europe. Extra postal costs would apply shipping out of the uk. We would contact you and make you aware of the going postal rates to be invoiced as an extra to you befor your order is accepted and posted.
Europe

UK Delivery charges :
Up to £10 of Goods = £2.63
Up to £25 of Goods = £3.22
Up to £40 of Goods = £3.80
At this point goods are more often than not sent by courier so slightly higher prices apply
Up to £60 of Goods = £5.01
Up to £80 of Goods = £7.27
Remote Locations Delivery charges .
It has recently come to our attention that certain areas in the UK cost us a premium to reach you by courier. Remote locations in Scotland tend to be the frequent ones. If your parcel requires this shipping charge we will advise you.
Redelivery charges.
Occasionally customers fail to pick up the goods from their local depot once the initial delivery attempt was made and you were out. After a week (7 days) the parcel is returned back to us. Unfortunately the redelivery charge to dispatch the goods back out is not subsidised.

Returned parcel charge :
If you fail to pick up your parcel from your local depot and the parcel is returned, we are charged by Royal mail at a rate of £11.69.
parcels shipped over seas are returned to us by FedEx and incur a £35.25 charge.
We cannot waive the above charges under any circumstances regardless of reason for non delivery. We know this is very high but I am afraid these are a cost passed on from business post. As we pass our savings on postage to you to dispatch, I am afraid we have to pass on these costs too.
Returns
Customer Exchanges and Faulty items :
If you return an item because you don't want it and you want to exchange, the re-delivery charges apply.
If you return items for exchange due to a fault there is no charge for sending the replacement item back
to you.
If a customer sends an item back claiming it to be faulty and it is in fact alright, redelivery charges apply
to send the item back to you.
Returns Policy :
1) The goods must be unused. 2) The goods must be in their original condition and packaging. 3) Items supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened are not refundable and non exchangeable. 4) Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable. 5) Films and magazines are not refundable and non exchangeable. 6) Items that are not in sealed packaging are not refundable and non exchangeable. 7) The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Cancelled Orders :
If an order is cancelled after dispatch the full delivery charge (not the subsidised charge) will not be refunded.
